Mental Performance Coach


Prior to joining SportStrata as a Mental Performance Coach, Hannah was part of the Pittsburgh Pirates mental conditioning team. Hannah is a certified consultant of the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP). Hannah earned an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where she was a two-sport Division I student-athlete, in both basketball and softball. She went on to earn a Master’s in Science degree in Sport Psychology and Motor Behavior from The University of Tennessee, focusing on improving performance amongst athletes of all different ages. During her time at Tennessee, Hannah worked with the student-athlete success center as a mentor where she worked with freshman athletes in their transition into college. Hannah also worked as a mental conditioning coach at the International Junior Golf Academy (IJGA) and has served as a softball coach in high school settings.

Hannah is passionate and enthusiastic about her work. She strives to get an athlete or performer’s mind to work as optimally as possible. From lessons learned through her experiences as a competitive athlete, to serving as a general coach, to her work as a mental performance coach, Hannah helps performers who are looking to gain a mental edge.
