Jeremy Rahn is a mental performance coach and mental health counselor. He is a graduate of Boston University, obtaining a master’s degree in mental health counseling with a specialization in sport and performance psychology. While in Boston, Jeremy worked as a sport psychology consultant for NCAA Division I athletes in Boston University’s athletic department and with multiple NCAA Division III teams in the Boston area. He also worked as a therapeutic group leader for youth using sport as a platform to develop social-emotional skills and achieve therapeutic benefits.
Before pursuing his graduate degree, Jeremy worked at SportStrata as a project coordinator. During his previous tenure with the company he assisted the team with content creation for numerous trainings, workshops, and client work including: The New York Giants Mental Conditioning Program, FDNY Mental Performance Initiative, NBA Rookie Transition Program, and many other workshops for college, youth, and travel sport organizations.
Jeremy is passionate about helping athletes and performers build upon their strengths using evidenced-based techniques to enhance performance, enjoy their experiences, and utilize mental skills on and off the field. In addition to his mental performance work, Jeremy has a background in kinesiology and coaching and enjoys working with leaders to help build positive climates for performance, growth, and wellbeing.
When Jeremy is not coaching or playing sports, he enjoys spending time with his friends and family, hiking, kayaking, and traveling to new places.
