Dr. Jonathan Fader is a licensed performance psychologist. He served two seasons as the Director of Mental Conditioning for the New York Football Giants and also served as the team psychologist for the New York Mets for nine seasons. He is part of The New York City Fire Department (FDNY) Mental Performance Initiative. Fader is a frequent contributor to the national conversation on performance, regularly appearing on Good Morning America, CBS this Morning, CNN, Fox News, Bleacher Report and others. Represented by the Lavin Agency, he speaks to groups on improving performance.
Michael Dulchin, MD is a psychiatrist with a particular interest in both the physical and mental aspects of performance. He is an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the New York University Medical Center and co-founder of Union Square Practice, where he works with clients including physicians, athletes, and other elite performers to understand the cognitive, emotional, and physiological aspects of peak functioning. Dr. Dulchin served as the Director of Inpatient Psychiatry at NYU Medical Center for 10 years, where he won the Teacher of the Year award in 2013. He draws on this experience as well as his personal experience as a coach of youth athletics, rock climber, and skier to help others succeed in a range of competitive settings.
